We want to build trust with our clients. That’s why we proudly display our rates publicly. There are no hidden fees or expenses. Below you can find our current rates as of November 2025.

Residential

Monthly Rate (Weekly Visits) | $180/Visit

Bi-Weekly | $200/Visit

One-Time Visit (Deep Clean, Move Out, Holiday Prep, Etc.) | $500/Visit

Commercial

Monthly Rate (Weekly Visits) | $300/Visit

Bi-Weekly | $400/Visit

One-Time Visit (Deep Clean, Specialized Cleaning, Etc.) | $Varies/Visit

Construction/Remodel

Kitchen: $650/Flat Rate

Half Bath: $450/Flat Rate

Bathroom: $550/Flat Rate

Master Bathroom: $650/Flat Rate

Living Room/Misc: $650/Flat Rate
